No. A standard valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record is sufficient. You'll use your own personal vehicle for deliveries. We provide all equipment and training needed to perform professional medical and confidential courier services.
All new drivers complete paid training before their first solo delivery, including HIPAA privacy and compliance training, confidential document and package handling protocols, customer service standards, delivery app and documentation system, and route familiarization throughout South Florida.
We look for drivers with no major violations in the past 3 years (no DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions) and no more than 2 minor violations (speeding tickets, etc.) in the past 2 years. Your driving record shows your professionalism and reliability.
Yes. You'll need a reliable, insured vehicle (2015 or newer preferred) in good condition. Sedans, SUVs, and small vans all work well for our deliveries. We provide mileage reimbursement for all delivery routes, and you're responsible for maintaining your vehicle to professional standards.

You'll primarily deliver for healthcare clients (prescriptions, medical supplies, lab specimens) as well as legal and accounting firms (court filings, confidential documents, business materials). All deliveries require the same professionalism, care, and discretion regardless of the client type.
